Online Admission Process

Candidate

Step 1 - Online Registration

OTP based Registration
Candidate

Step 2 - Application Form

  • Filling up of Personal Details, Education Details, weightage, Document Upload, College and Course Preferences.
College

Step 3 - Online Verification

  • Application Form of the Candidate allocated to the Colleges on the basis of First Preference filled by the candidate .
  • College verify the application form and documents of the candidates.
  • SMS/Email alert sent to the candidates if Objection is raised. In that case, applicant need to remove the objection and submit the form again

Step 4 - Merit List & Seat Allocation

  • Rank generation on the basis of Qualification Marks + Weightage.
  • Merit List generated as per Ranking and in consideration with Reservation Policy.
Candidate

Step 5 - Fee Payment

  • Candidates whose name appears in the Merit List, can pay the fee in online or offline mode within the scheduled time period.
  • After Payment confirmation, a reciept will be generated on the portal and admission gets confirmed.
Candidate

Step 6 - Admission Confirmation

  • After Payment, download the Fee Reciept from the portal and your admission gets confirmed.

Counselling Round I - Merit List 1

Allocation of seats based on Merit.

Counselling Round II - Merit List 2

Allocation of seats based on Merit for leftover seats.

Counselling Round III - Physical Counselling

Physical counseling for remaining seats, requiring students to be physically present at the respective college and submission of application form on the admission portal.

Allocation of seats based on Merit.
